Our breath is so powerful and when we breathe deeply into our body, we instantly connect with ourselves, activate our body’s ability to relax and shift our attention to the present moment.

Last night as I was laying awake in bed, I listened to my husband breathing deeply next to me. Normally, I’d find this a little annoying as I love a quiet room, to fall asleep in, but for some reason, something inside me, told me to appreciate this moment. Feel grateful for his breath. Listening to his breath, means he is alive, something I really appreciate and treasure. In this moment, I was reminded, how precious our breath is.
