Are You Paying Attention To Your Intuitive Hits?

 

 

CONNECTING WITH YOUR SPIRIT through meditation, writing in your journal and sitting to reflect at the beach are all fantastic ways to allow your soul to reveal to yourself what you need to know. These are also ways I spend time with myself to connect with my intuition along with exercising, connecting with my Soul Sisters and connecting with the sun & moon energy. 

 

When you make the time to connect with your spirit on a regular basis, your intuitive voice becomes easier to recognize and it becomes easier to trust the intuitive hits you are receiving from moment to moment. When you become aware of the quiet places which work best for you to connect with your intuition, you realize you can go here whenever you need to still your mind and re-connect with your spirit. 

 

I find that my energy levels get a much needed boost when I sit down to meditate at the beach, or amongst the beautiful trees and bird life which I have all around me where I live. I feel so connected intuitively when I’m in nature and this is where I can relax and listen deeply to my inner voice. I used to love being busy all the time, however, these days, taking the time to stop and sit still is much more appealing to me. I find that when I stop, my creative energy begins to flow and I love being able to express myself creatively.

The lower you vibrate, the worse you feel!

Lead with your vibration!

 

 

So I'm guessing you'd like to know how you can connect to your intuition?

 

 

You CAN begin to connect with your spirit in the following ways –

 

  1. Find yourself a peaceful place to sit and be still for a few minutes.

  2. Begin by checking in with your breath and breathing deeply and slowly, in and out.

  3. As you focus on your breath and continue to breathe in and out, scan your body slowly from your toes to the top of your head to see how you are feeling today. Notice the areas which are tense and the areas you feel most relaxed.

  4. Ask yourself the following questions – What can I do right now to raise my vibration? What can I do for you (Insert your Name) to help you feel better right now? What do I feel like doing right now for myself? 

  5. Ensure that you trust what comes up for you without judging the information you are receiving and be open to the infinite ways that your soul speaks to you.

 

 

There are many different ways you can connect with your intuition and you may receive your intuitive hits in some of the ways I have, including - 

 

 

+ You may hear a voice speak to you.

+ You may feel your body react in a certain way.  

+ You may receive visual imprints in your mind.

+ You may be able to feel the energy in the room.

+ There may be a particular animal which holds special meaning to you. 

+ You may "see" things which nobody else sees. 

+ You may feel energy in rooms that signify the presence of a spirit. 

+ You may dream a lot at night. 

 

 

I often get goose bumps or feel my heart expand with love or contract when something doesn’t feel right for me. I trust the way my body feels and make my decisions based on my intuitive hits. If something does not feel right for me, then I do not follow this path. I trust what I feel over everything else.

 

When I don’t, I always end up in trouble – There have been many times when I’ve been in situations where people have told me what they think I want to hear, but in actual fact, I can feel that their energy is not aligned with the words they are speaking and because I feel their vibes so strongly, I know they are not speaking their truth.

 

This morning, I had planned to do some exercise and after my morning meditation, I like to check in with my intuition and often ask it, what can I do for myself today which is for my highest good? This morning, my plans were up ended when I heard the words “Rest and Relax” – It wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but I know too well that when I don’t listen to my intuitive hits, then the universe will find a way to make me rest. 

 

So you may ask yourself the questions above, and get a feeling to play music or you may feel like having a cup of tea, your intuition is going to talk to you softly at first. It may be a feeling, it may be a knowing, the same theme may pop up in 3 different conversations with 3 different people in the same day (your intuition is definitely trying to get your attention if this happens) or you may see repeating number patterns everywhere you go.

 

If you keep an open mind and start to pay attention, you will start to recognize these patterns in your day to day life.
