Where to begin….working with Kaye has helped and improved me very much.
Not only has she helped me improve my game on the field but she’s helped me improve my life off it.
Kaye has listened and helped me through some of my hard times, again, not just on, but off the field aswell.
She’s taught me the benefits of meditation and how important it is to know your self worth.
Kaye is a great mentor and friend. I aspire to be like her some day and be able to mentor future athletes
just as she has done with me. Kaye is so down to earth and such an unbelievable human being.
She’s simply amazing and always a phone call away. There’s no one like her out there.
- CORTNEE VINE, NEWCASTLE JETS W LEAGUE PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER
AND FORMER YOUNG MATILDA REPRESENTATIVE ATHLETE,
Working with Kaye has really made my journey so much easier!
Just a simple chat with her and I was able to discover where I wanted to
focus my attention not only in my career but also my own sports and lifestyle.
It’s the attention to detail that I missed so easily that Kaye was able to pick up
and put into my perspective that really helped me drive my goals beyond what I thought may
have been unattainable! My coaching business has really benefited from Kaye’s work!
Along with rugby and lifestyle balance in general. I really appreciate what she did for me
and definitely look forward to see what else is around the corner!

Talking to Kaye has allowed me to understand in life what is and isn’t important.
What I can and cannot control in both day to day life or on the soccer field.
She has taught me how to create goals and guided me to achieve my goals.
Whilst constantly reminding me and creating strategies to help make a positive mindset for myself.
She has allowed me to have more belief and confidence in myself and my decision making,
as she is always consciously considering all perspectives and the best outcome for me.
But most importantly she is ALWAYS there to discuss ANYTHING you are struggling
with or any goals you have achieved at ANYTIME.
Thank you! xx

Thanks so incredibly much Kaye for running a workshop for my representative netball team before
we headed off to state titles! It was so fun and everyone in my team felt extremely
comfortable to express our jitters with each other.
It was super interesting to learn so many things about my teammates that I had not
previously had the opportunity to learn during the environment we would usually meet.
My team entered your workshop as teammates that shared a common interest of netball
and afterwards we had discovered so many things about each other that we became
a group of best friends that just happened to play together in a netball team!
- TAHLIA BELLCHAMBERS, REPRESENTATIVE NETBALL/OZTAG, SUNSHINE COAST QLD
Working with Kaye has helped me to achieve my goals, and has improved my mindset so much.
She has helped me to stop worrying about what you cannot control,
have more self belief and confidence not only in surfing competitions, but in life as well.
I still use the techniques that she taught me to this day.
- SKYE FADDY, SURFER, SUNSHINE COAST QLD
During the workshop we did many activities that made me more confident than ever.
By doing this with the team we really made an unbreakable bond with each other.
With this new relationship bonded we played even better and trusted one another on and off the court,
and always had each other’s back in whatever the situation it was.
After the session I felt so happy with the new friends I had made within the team and the wonderful guidance
and amazing session Kaye gave us.
- ALI, REPRESENTATIVE NETBALL/OZTAG, SUNSHINE COAST QLD
Kaye has helped me become a more confident athlete and a stronger person.
She taught me that I can make a positive out of any situation life throws at me if I want to.
She helped me become a better competitor by making it a fun experience.

Kaye has worked with me to improve my mindset towards sport in both physical and mental aspects.
She has helped me learn how to prepare well for sporting events in ways such
as healthy eating, fitness and maintaining a positive mindset.
She has helped me set and achieve goals and guided me through injury,
or when the outcome of a game or trial wasn’t, what I was hoping for.
Through all of this, Kaye was approachable, respectful and most of all,
supportive of my decisions and what I value. She is amazing.
- ANNABELLE SELF, REPRESENTATIVE NETBALL/OZTAG, SUNSHINE COAST QLD
Kaye has not only helped me but helped my state rep team to bond together through a
difficult patch in our team structure. Kaye gave us a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn important things
about one another. Kaye expressed this through fun and games.
At the start of the session I had many doubts about my team and how far we would get to
on competition day but by the end of the session we bonded so much and
all the doubts turned into excitement and my team was filled with positive energy.
So many memories were made in that session that I personally will never forget, so once again,
thank you Kaye. xx
- MATILDA JARROTT, REPRESENTATIVE NETBALL & OZTAG
My kids have learnt through working with you that being the best you can be is more important
than following the crowd. They have also learnt to find all types of positive parts to their performance when
competing and working from that space other than dwelling on the negatives.
I’m a professional surf coach and have also sent surfers to Kaye who have the ability
but the mental side needs work and the results have been so beneficial
it’s hard to put enough words to it. I’ve no hesitation in using Kaye for any of my athletes or
when my own kids need that extra calm/positive direction compass again.
PAUL WOODBRY, PROFESSIONAL SURF COACH, SUNSHINE COAST, QLD
As coach of the Oztag girls team at Meridan State College, I’ve enlisted in Kaye to compliment to the
girls mindset and to play to their strengths and to how they can contribute in their ability to the team.
As past winners of the tournament it was imperative to get their mindset right. I’ve found Kaye to be
understanding of each players goals and achievements they want to fulfil.
For myself as a player and coach I found Kaye’s classes very uplifting and fulfilling.
I’ve got no hesitation in recommending Kaye for your team for workshop classes.
RICK VAN VEEN, REPRESENTATIVE OZTAG COACH/ATHLETE
FORMER RUGBY LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE PLAYER
I had been coaching different ages and sports for many years and had also partly studied sports psychology so when a friend mentioned Kaye and her workshops to me I was more than happy to have her work with my junior girls team.
Kaye ran a couple of workshops in the lead up to our state tournament.
The sessions explored a variety of topics including individual and group goal setting, identifying strengths, team bonding and even covered types of food to eat in the lead up and throughout the tournament.
The girls had a great time participating in fun activities that also encompassed learning and strengthening team and friendship bonds. It was amazing to watch the girls grow so much as a team and support each other in such an enjoyable and relaxed environment. Listening to them at the end when they said “I didn’t realise that people thought I was that good.”
It did wonders for some of the girl’s confidence, especially those that were new to the team.
Some of the quieter girls started speaking up and even taking on leadership roles on some of the activities. Not only did the sessions help the girls solidify their individual goals but they were able to realise that as a team we had very similar goals as well. The information presented was aimed at the girls and helped engage them into the workshops to really gain the benefits of participation. It was also simple and fun enough that they were able to take the information back to their parents and discuss with them what they had learnt.
The workshops were very beneficial and a great contributor to our overall success on the weekend. We were able to refer back to specific sections when we needed to draw on that experience. I would highly recommend Kaye and her workshops to any coach or individual that are looking to add that extra element to prepare for their success and help them reach their teams or individual potential.

Where do you start when trying to explain the impact one person has had on your child’s life?
Kaye has been part of Lisa’s journey for 2yrs now. From self doubt to nervousness,
Kaye has instilled crucial tools to conquering the mind and encouraging self belief.
Kaye opened Lisa’s mind to allow her to dream big and most importantly remembering to have
fun along the way. I see Lisa using these skills not only in her chosen sport but in her every day life
without needing to be reminded. They’re second nature now. I am forever grateful to you Kaye.
- BO ADAMS, MAMA TO QLD CALISTHENICS CHAMPION LISA ADAMS
Over the last 18 months my daughter has worked with Kaye in several workshops either as an individual, in a team environment and with sprint clinics. Not only has she attended these workshops, but I had the privilege to attend the team workshop (as team manager) and it was fun, motivational and informative.
Not only did the athletes learn from this, but I gained invaluable insight both as a parent and manager and from this I have now learnt a new approach in the way I support and assist her with all her journeys.
Over this time, I have seen my daughter learn to control her mindset both with sporting and everyday life,
by putting into place strategies that she has learnt from Kaye, when having to deal with
different situations from conflict, accepting that some situations
are out of our control, setting goals and what is needed to reach these goals.
Thank you Kaye, for all your support and time you put into every athlete you
work with and your genuine interest in their journey.
- CAMILLA GILBERT, MAMA TO QLD OZTAG REPRESENTATIVE ANIKAH GILBERT
Kaye has been an invaluable support to my daughters for the last few years, giving them simple yet
effective strategies to set and achieve their sporting goals, fuel their bodies and
deal with nerves in their own individual ways.
She has also provided me with advice enabling me to support them.
Her direct but caring approach enables her to both connect with others and
get to the core of their concerns in a seemingly effortless manner.
I have and would highly recommended Kaye to others in all sporting arenas

AND QLD CALISTHENICS CHAMPION ABBEY HERTSLET
Ben has gained so much from Kaye’s teenage self-esteem and making healthy choices, half day workshops,
as an athlete and so much more on a personal level.
Several years ago when Ben was really struggling at school, failing subjects, dealing with school bullying, suffering severe separation anxiety and self-confidence issues. Even as a single parent on a very tight budget, I made the decision to invest in one of Kaye’s tailor packages for Ben, 6 x 90min coaching sessions for
Ben over a twelve week period, these session transformed Ben.
Ben is now passing all school subjects and he is doing an additional school based traineeship in Business. Ben is a confident, compassionate and thriving young teenager. Ben consistently makes healthy life-style choices.
Ben completed his Bronze Medallion and volunteers on regular Surf Patrols at the Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.
Ben travelled to Borneo for a soccer tournament in 2015 and just accompanied his
81 year old Nanna to Canada for three weeks, both trips without me.
Next year he plans to travel to Cambodia on a two week Raw Impact Project,
assisting to create edible gardens, participates in school upgrades and
will carry out some building and maintenance repairs.
Ben is very compassionate, caring towards others and has an entrepreneurial attitude for his future and is loving life.
Thanks Kaye – Earth Angel

AGED CARE WORKER AND INTUITIVE MASSAGE THERAPIST
Kaye from Soul 2 Soul Wellness, worked with a number of our Meridan teams as they prepared for
their State sporting competitions. She invested time in getting to know the needs of each group and
then structured activities specifically catering for each team. Each group came away from her sessions
more focused and empowered, not only for their sport but for life in general.
Kaye provided them with knowledge and some really practical strategies to overcome nerves and
frustrations, as well as maintaining motivation and determination throughout the tournament.
Kaye also help the teams pull together with some great activities to build team dynamics and team spirit.
Thanks Kaye, our athletes really appreciated what you were able to bring to their game!
