Manifesting the life that you want is super simple, when you understand that....
WHAT WE FOCUS OUR ATTENTION ON, IS WHAT WILL GROW IN OUR LIFE.
We are all manifesting in every moment, through the thoughts we create, the words we speak and through our actions & our energy levels directly impact our ability to manifest.
Using woo woo terminology as my husband loves to call it, the energy we vibrate at, positively and adversely impacts our experiences, from moment to moment & I personally aspire to vibrate at a higher frequency every day, because my intention is to experience high vibe moments, as much as possible in my life. I.E. Live and amazing life and have a great time whilst I'm livin' it!
For example, when we are vibrating at a higher frequency, we are generally feeling thankful, loving, happy, relaxed, peaceful, abundant, hopeful, courageous or optimistic emotions & from this space, we are able to call into our lives, experiences which reflect the feelings we are currently feeling.
Adversely, when we are vibrating at a lower frequency or we are feeling frustrated, angry, disappointed, overwhelmed, anxious, jealous, fearful, guilty, hopeless or depressed, we call into our lives, experiences which reflect these feelings as well.
OUR VIBRATION HAS THE POWER, TO CHANGE OUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER!
If we are all vibrating at a higher frequency,
we will all be living the kind of lives,
I know we all aspire to live.
No one, I personally know in my life, wants to be living a low vibe life, and I don’t either. So I take great care of my energy levels on a daily basis and create rituals to help monitor and boost my energy levels.

I want to save you a whole lot of time, if you are time conscious, and share with you exactly what my daily ritual looks like right now - I say right now, because as an intuitive, my rituals can change from time to time, and I am always playing around with different intuitive practices.
So how am I showing up right now in my own life?
The daily rituals which are helping me to thrive right now include -
SLOWING DOWN TO BREATHE
SPENDING TIME IN NATURE
MOVING MY BODY
CONNECTING WITH LOVED ONES
PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL & EMOTIONAL NOURISHMENT
I know that each day, I aspire to include activities into my day which in turn help me to feel great in my skin, and although I don’t always reach my goal, I set the intention each day to do these activities, because I know that I WILL FEEL BETTER once I’ve done them.
Most days I will wake up, and as I’m laying in bed, I start reciting affirmations (NOURISHMENT) in my mind - I like to set the tone for my day by creating positive intentions, through my thoughts. I then like to spend time with my family in the morning (CONNECT) before we all head our separate ways to school and work. After school drop off, in winter, I will either have a warm brekkie (NOURISHMENT), meditate (BREATHE), listen to an inspiring podcast (NOURISHMENT) and go outside to feed the fish on our timber deck in our backyard (NATURE & CONNECT).
In summer, I prefer to head the beach for a morning body surf (NOURISHMENT & NATURE) or to exercise on the sand (NOURISHMENT & NATURE), meditate (BREATHE), then come home to a yummy brekkie (NOURISHMENT). I generally feel super creative after doing all this and will either sit down to write or speak into my dictaphone, all my creative ideas related to my soul biz. All my juicy creative ideas come through when I’m feeling inspired, so I make sure I always have my dictaphone with me or jot them down in my journal, phone or laptop.
These are my daily go to’s for boosting my energy levels and feeling great, and I feel my best when I’m consistently doing these things on a day to day basis - Additionally I find inspiration through cooking and baking, walking my dogs, soaking in a hot bath, catching up with friends, laughing or going for walks in nature, and in the evenings, I like to wind down after spending time with family, by writing down affirmations, to continue manifesting into my life, more amazing experiences. Then, I thank the universe for the beautiful experiences that have been imprinted into my heart that day, as well as praying for the people in my life who need some support or asking for guidance around any problems I’m currently experiencing, then it’s sleepy time.
Integrating all these things into my life, has been so profound and I feel like I’m in a really good place right now. I hope to share these with you, so you too, can feel abundant in all areas of your life, because I believe we are all capable of creating the lives we want to live. If I can help you to do that for yourself, through sharing what is working for me, and it ends up working for you too, this will make me SO happy, and raise my vibration right? Remember, feeling happy, is a high frequency vibration and when we are in alignment, we can manifest with ease.
Now, I always believe baby steps are the way to go, when introducing change into our lives, but, if you want to include all these steps at once, then, by all means go for it. Lasting positive change, I’ve found in my own life, has happened, when I have introduced small permanent changes, one at a time. I’m the kind of person who needs proof first that something works, before I share it with the world and I often use myself as a guinea pig, and I encourage you to do the same for your own life, because the only way to see if something works is to experiment with it yourself. Use your heart's guidance system and you will find your way.
