How blessed do I feel to be able to sit down with the super positive, super bubbly MERRYMAKER SISTERS, Emma & Carla Pappas.
It's days like this, that I realise how AWESOME my job really is, connecting with this inspirational duo was truly incredible and if you are an avid "Happiness & Health" advocate like myself, you've probably already met Emma & Carla virtually or even in person before.

They flipped their lives upside down when they realised that the emotionally draining jobs they had, the negative relationships they were in & the toxic people they were hanging out with were all impacting their happiness and health.
They used to calorie count & binge eat and overtime developed such an unhealthy relationship with food. Discovering real food led them to embrace positive thinking & spirituality as they believe that it's not just food and exercise which impacts your happiness & health.
In 3yrs their lives have turned around in the most amazing way & they are super grateful to have each other to lean on through this journey. They are not about quick fixes, they are here to help you figure out what works for you, what makes you feel good & helps you do this for the rest of your life.
